Building the operating system for the trades.
We work on the software that runs a field service business end to end — the request, the quote, the schedule, the visit, the invoice, the payment. It’s unglamorous, high-stakes work: get it wrong and a crew misses a job or a customer doesn’t get paid on time. Get it right and an operator gets their day back.
How we work
What it’s actually like day to day
- Small team, direct ownership — you build the workflow, you talk to the crews using it.
- Field-first: nothing ships until it works on a phone in a truck, not just a laptop in an office.
- Every domain has one owner and one service module — clear boundaries, no tangled hand-offs.
- Plain-spoken product decisions — we write down the why, not just the what.
- Async by default, deliberate about the meetings that actually need a room.
Open roles
No open roles right now — introduce yourself anyway.
We don’t have a listed opening at the moment. If you’ve worked in the trades, built software for field teams, or just think this is the kind of problem worth solving, send us a note. We keep good introductions on file for when the next role opens.
Not hiring yet — but we're always reading.
Tell us what you'd bring to the team. We read every note that comes in.
